The hotel had a great location, close to key attractions and with good transportation options nearby. the cleaning staff was super friendly and attentive. I appreciated the fact that they cleaned the room daily.
The rooms were quite small and uncomfortable. the beds were hard, and the washroom was tiny and made me feel claustrophobic.

I decided to choose for this hotel because of the location and price.
The staff is friendly but like most Brazilian people they don't know how to speak English nor Spanish. The small room has a dirty old carpet. I dint dare to walk barefoot in the room because of that. The bedspread was also old and dirty. There is an old and very noisy air conditioning in the room. Despite of all the noise it makes, it doesn't cool the place very well. Taking a shower seems to be like a suicide attack; there is a plug and electric light switch in the cabin itself! Not only that, there were also some electric cables taped together just above the (cold running water)

Location
The bed linen was disgustingly dirty - I did not want to touch the top of the bed spread. The shower had not been cleaned and there were hairs all over it. Apart from that, it is a good place to stay.

Very centrally located in the Jardins area and about ten minutes walk to Avenue Paulista. Cheap and cheerful, with clean room and basic facilities. Staff helpful.
Wifi reception was a bit erratic and no coffee machine. My room was at the front with traffic going 16 hours per day, take ear plugs if you are noise sensitive.

The hotel is located in a good area with easy access to transportation and dining options. Rooms are generally clean and staff are friendly. Some rooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms for more comfort.
Noise levels can be high due to traffic and thin walls, which might disturb light sleepers.

The neighborhood is good, but there is a hill until Paulista street.
There isn't a person to take care of the breakfast so very often there wasn't food there and there wan't a person to complain. The dishes were wet and dirty. The hotel is really disorganized and mismanaged. For example, the thermal bottle for tea was broken and they never manage to buy a new one. The rooms are old, but they are ok.

The location
Very poor wi-fi. No security box in the room or in the hotel. Very strange. Uncomfortable bed. Tiny bath-room.

Spent Christmas here and had a decent stay. Conveniently located near several attractions and public transportation. The rooms were quite affordable, especially considering the services on offer such as 24-hour front desk and housekeeping. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which gave us a jump start to the day.
We did have a few issues during our stay. The rooms felt slightly cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. An unpleasant odor lingered throughout the room which was a bit of a turn-off. Another downside was the poor wifi connection which made it difficult to stay connected. it was a decent stay, but could have been improved on a few fronts.

Good location and a big supermarket nearby. Breakfast was good but it was the same menu every morning. Staff speak very limited English but they tried to help.
Too noisy. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep out the noise from the traffic below.

We appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities, including the comfortable rooms and ample parking. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided a good start to our day.
Nothing could have been better.

well there's no garden anywhere. It is bare minimum. I did feel it was safe, but we registered with 3 people, given one towel in the bathroom, and had to ask for 2 more towels....really?
I did not feel as if it were worth 100 USD.
